Music of the Month: February

I’m back with another Music of the Month after a long break! I’ve genuinely missed doing these so much, mainly because I’ve missed finding great music to share. I’ve literally just been so busy or too lazy (no in between) and wasn’t able to find any genuinely good music to share; UNITL NOW. So please enjoy this month’s playlist curated by your’s truly.

Meteor Showers: Andy Kongartworks-000115316911-topdra-t500x500.jpg

Okay. Let me tell you, this song is so painfully cute it sometimes makes me cry??? And I am NOT the type of person to do that. Actually, I’m becoming a lot softer lately and it’s very weird. Not sure how I feel about it but I am POSITIVE that I absolutely adore this song. My favorite line is “and I swear you never looked so good better than anyone should, and your hair was all a mess when i felt your hand pressed in mine”. I’m actually getting emotional writing this so let’s move on HAHA

We Don’t Talk Anymore: Charlie Puth ft. Selena Gomez charlie-puth-nine-track-mind-selena-gomez-we-dont-talk-anymore.png

This one is for all you pop lovers out there who are looking for something that isn’t played on repeat on the radio. I’m looking at you, Sorry! Anyway, this song is a great collab between Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez. Their voices mesh so well and the song itself is just very chill and laid back. LOVE it, 10/10 and 5 gold stars.

Wild Horses: Bishop500x500.jpg

Ohhhh yes this song is bangin’. It’s the type of song that gets me super hype because it builds and just is so amazing. What a great way to describe it, right?! Good for me. It’s just a very cool song and you should listen that’s all I got to say about this one.

July Bones: Richard Waltersa3890531250_10.jpg

Ah yes, probably one of the most relaxing and chill songs in the world. Give this song a listen when you’re just ready to chill. It kind of reminds me of a song that would play during the lull in a movie similar to stuck in love when all of the characters are done dealing with the drama and are gazing out the window or solemnly getting ready for school, you know? But in a good way!

SUBURBIA: Troye Sivan 3e3b065a81a7d6388a0f6a706700ad84.jpg

It’s not a music of the month without a feature from my boy, Troye Sivan. I’ve actually loved SUBURBIA since his album came out but I haven’t shared it yet so I figured this would be the perfect time to do so! It’s genuinely just SO good go listen if you’re cool.

Xox,

Norah
