For those of you who don’t know, which will definitely be every single person reading this, I have a YouTube and a vlogging channel. Sadly, the YouTube channel fell under and crumbled to the ground 🙂 #RIP Carly and Norah Show Sept 2014- Jan 2015.
ANYWAY even though the main channel may have failed miserably, I still keep up with vlogging because I think it’s the best way to keep my memories forever. Plus, I’m obsessed with watching them. It’s weird watching your own life unfold after you’ve lived it but it’s also super addictive. I don’t do it to get famous or to get views (which is obvious through the 12 subscribers and -124239 views each video gets!) but mainly just so I have them to look back on when I get older. Which is a sad reality considering I’m already 20?!
Anyway, here’s an update on my life through the vlogs I’ve made recently:
This seems like it was actually forever ago. Probably because it was! I celebrate my 20th birthday in this vlog in the only way I know how; with friends and getting into a huge fight with my family! Fun fact, my parents took my bedroom door off it’s hinges on my birthday this year! What a fun way to ring in a new decade, am I right or am I right?
Next up was Ellen’s wedding in February! She’s one of my best friends from school and got hitched at 19. Honestly, I’m pretty jealous. Her wedding was insanely glamorous so if you want to experience any wedding envy watch this. It’s sort’ve like an episode of 4 weddings minus the other 3! So basically it’s just like watching a wedding video. WOOHOO
Onto spring break! I didn’t do anything crazy fun (as usual!!!!!) but I did have a really great time. My best friends from school, Jeff and Pam, came to visit me for a bit and we explored NJ. Plus I had a bunch of fun with my friends from home and Andrew so this is definitely worth a watch.
This vlog is basically just a compilation of things me and Andrew did together over the course of a couple of days. We go shopping, chill out and pretend to be our favorite YouTube couple (#Zalfie5ever) like a couple of twelve year olds. It’s pretty cute tho soooooooo check it.
Carly and I were basically scammed into sitting on a set of bleachers at a red carpet for the YouTube event for the Creator’s Summit and at first we were real bitter but then we met basically everyone we love so it was okay. And then we got margaritas to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
I decided to vlog my last week of sophomore year at Parsons so I could capture all of the stuff that happened that week! I finished up at my internship at Birchbox and got a surprise visit from Ellen! It was a really nice (and SUPER stressful) week so be sure to check it out.
Finally in this game of catch up is my most recent vlog of my week! I went shopping with Andrew, saw a ballet with my family, went on a double date with Amanda and Mike and got my hair cut!! (Check out my post on that). Basically, it was an awesome week. I’m so excited to see what the rest of the summer entails and to capture all of that for the vlogs.
Be sure to subscribe if these are something you’ve enjoyed watching!
